Job summary

TIME 2 LAUNCH INC in Ocala, FL seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents with autism, in home, community and clinic settings, under BCBA/BCaBA guidance. You will collect data, implement plans with fidelity, and collaborate with families and the clinical team to drive meaningful outcomes.

Required: active RBT certification (BACB), Medicaid number, high school diploma (related degree preferred), reliable transportation to client

Qualifications

• Active Medicaid Number required.
• Active RBT certification (BACB) – required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; related field degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation to client homes in Clermont/South Lake County area.
• Pass Level 2 background screening.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by the supervising analysts
• Collect session data on target behaviors and skill acquisition programs
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, community, and clinic-based settings
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team members on client progress
• Maintain timely session notes and documentation per insurance and company standards
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, and professional development
• Uphold ethical standards consistent with the BACB Ethics Code
