Requires a bachelor's degree and RBT certification; preferred psychology background with ABA experience and child-focused work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; RBT certification required before working independently with a client.
• Preferred: Bachelor's in psychology or related field; ABA experience with children.
• Knowledge of ABA principles, autism spectrum disorders; proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for client sessions by reviewing notes and documents.
• Run skill acquisition programs and teach ABA-based skills.
• Track and record behavior data using multiple methods.
• Follow individualized behavior plans and intervene on problem behaviors.
• Complete session documentation and submit timesheets.
• Assist with parent trainings by modeling ABA techniques.
• Attend clinic meetings, trainings, and case reviews.
