Reaching-Milestones is seeking an ABA Clinician to work one-on-one with children in a clinic setting. The role focuses on increasing communication, social, and verbal behavior skills using Applied Behavior Analysis.

The position reports to Clinical and Administrative Leadership and is non-exempt under FLSA. The role involves running skill acquisition programs, data collection, following behavior plans, and supporting parent trainings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree; company sponsored RBT Certification is required prior to working independently with a client (if not acquired prior)
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or a related field; RBT experience applying ABA principles; experience working with children with special needs; RBT certification

Responsabilités

• Prepare for client sessions by reviewing notes and documents
• Run skill acquisition programs (including DTI and NAT) and teach ABA-based skills
• Observe and track behaviors using data collection methods
• Follow individualized behavior plans and intervene on problem behavior
• Complete end-of-session tasks and documentation
• Learn and use assistive technology and equipment
• Attend clinic meetings, trainings, and case reviews
• Assist with parent trainings by modeling ABA techniques
