Job summary

Natera, Inc. is seeking a field-based Sales Specialist to support and expand relationships with oncology accounts in the Greater Los Angeles area.

You will travel to occasionally Hawaii and collaborate with patient coordinators and territory managers to ensure protocol adherence and successful test orders. The role requires a strong oncology background, 2+ years medical sales experience, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or Associate’s degree with minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Medical assistant, clinical support or nursing background in oncology, or minimum 2 years medical sales experience.
• Proven ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals and manage territory growth.

Responsibilities

• Grow, maintain & support existing customers with assigned COS.
• Build relationships with key personnel at Oncology accounts to drive unit growth.
• Monitor patient testing to ensure protocol adherence by oncologists.
• Assess needs of medical professionals focusing on customer support and logistics coordination.
• Become expert on Natera Oncology products and processes to maximize field effectiveness.
• Educate professionals on tools and resources to manage test orders.
