Job summary

Natera is seeking an Associate Clinical Oncology Specialist to support Hawaii oncology accounts, grow patient test adoption, and enhance workflow efficiency. The role requires engaging clinicians, coordinating logistics, and driving retention while traveling 25-50% across the islands.

The candidate will be a field expert on Natera Oncology products, educate providers, and leverage internal reports to optimize order fulfillment and patient care. Remote USA with base Hawaii location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or Associate's degree with minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; Gmail

Responsibilities

• Grow, maintain & support existing customers with assigned COS
• Build relationships with key personnel at Oncology accounts to facilitate unit growth
• Analyze and monitor patient testing to ensure adherence to prescribed protocol
• Assess needs of medical professionals with focus on customer support and logistics coordination
• Become experts on all Natera Oncology products and processes
• Educate medical professionals on tools and resources for test order management
• Utilize internal KPIs related to patient retention and fulfilled orders
• Collaborate with sales reps, patient coordinators, territory managers and others to optimize outcomes
