Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Executive Oncology Sales Representative, Head & Neck to support clients in the Bay Area—Central Coast territory. This field-based role reports to a District Manager and focuses on Oncology therapeutics with strategic account planning and customer engagement.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, valid driver's license, and 2+ years in pharmaceutical/biologic/medical device sales or related experience; willingness to travel including overnights.

Qualifications

• Clinical experience in oncology or related field desired.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with reimbursement and hospital/large account sales.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill sales strategies by selling current and potential oncology therapeutics within approved specialties and accounts.
• Demonstrate clinical knowledge and value proposition, provide information, and achieve sales objectives.
• Develop account strategies with District Manager; identify key accounts and plans for penetration.
• Create customer-specific pre- and post-call plans with objectives and materials.
• Penetrate new and current accounts to increase sales in the territory.
