Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist, Oncology to drive demand for BMS medicines within a defined Wisconsin territory. You will engage Health Care Providers with scientific dialogue, balanced data, and credible messaging, delivering high-quality patient outcomes.

The role is field-based, requires advanced scientific credentials, and focus on Hematology/Oncology. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional Customer Experience and meet

Qualifications

Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience in healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
Ability to communicate scientific or clinical data accurately to physicians and clinicians.
Proven ability to build credibility with customers and drive differentiated Customer Experience (Cx).
Experience in Hematology/Oncology is required.

Responsibilities

Promotes approved indications within a defined territory to meet/exceed sales targets.
Engages with HCPs with balanced scientific rationale for product use.
Maintains deep scientific expertise across portfolio and therapeutic areas.
Prepares territory/account plans and uses CE^3 to inform call plans.
Collaborates with field teams to optimize Customer Experience (Cx).
Complies with all laws, regulations, and policies governing conduct.
