Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist (Oncology) to drive demand and promote approved indications within a defined Milwaukee, WI territory. You will engage Health Care Providers with scientifically balanced discussions, align with label, and optimize field-driven Customer Experience in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

In this field-based role, you will spend 100% of time in the field with external customers, leveraging CE^3 and other tools to inform call

Qualificações

• 5+ years in pharma/biotech sales or MSL roles.
• Able to communicate scientific/clinical data to physicians.
• Proven credibility with key customers and stakeholders.
• Oncology experience preferred.
• Strong account management and sales track record.
• Cross-functional collaboration with field teams.
• Positive teamwork mindset and can-do attitude.
