Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years of pharma/biotech experience in healthcare sales/MSL/HCP roles.
• Ability to communicate scientific/clinical data accurately to physicians.
• Demonstrated credibility with key customers and office staff.

Responsibilities

• Drive demand for BMS medicines within a defined territory to meet sales targets.
• Engage HCPs with scientific dialogue and balanced rationale for product use.
• Prepare and execute comprehensive territory and account plans.
• Collaborate with field teams to ensure an optimal customer experience (Cx).
• Maintain current knowledge of data and respond to inquiries with scientific rigor.
