Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior TAS in the United States to drive demand for our oncology medicines. The role focuses on engaging Health Care Providers with scientifically credible dialogue while prioritizing safe and appropriate product use.

This field-based position requires strong cross-functional collaboration and a patient-centric approach. The TAS will spend 100% in the field, building relationships with RTLs and community physicians.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharma/biotech experience in healthcare sales/MSL/HCP.
• Ability to communicate scientific/clinical data effectively to physicians.
• Proven credibility with key customers and stakeholders.
• Experience in Hematology/Oncology required.
• Strong account management and sales track record.

Responsibilities

• Promote the portfolio with HCPs.
• Engage in fair and balanced scientific dialogue.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance Customer Experience (Cx).
• Share insights internally to help serve customers.
• Comply with all laws and BMS policies.
