AdventHealth in Orlando, FL is seeking an experienced Oncology Social Worker to provide psychosocial assessments, counseling, and support to patients and families navigating cancer care. You will develop treatment plans, address barriers, and coordinate referrals while maintaining compassionate, culturally sensitive care.

The role requires a Master’s in Social Work, LCSW, and at least 3 years in oncology/hematology/palliative care, with bilingual English/Spanish as a plus. Full-time days.

Formación

• MSW required with 3+ oncology/hematology/palliative care experience
• LCSW required; OSW-C preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication with patients and families

Responsabilidades

• Conduct oncology distress screenings and psychosocial assessments
• Develop and implement treatment plans to support psychosocial functioning during cancer care
• Provide individual and family counseling and crisis intervention
• Document interventions and maintain department statistics
• Participate in community outreach and cross-clinic coordination
