The Mayo Clinic Florida Cancer Center's oncology social work team seeks a licensed MSW to provide psychosocial care to patients with breast and gynecologic cancer diagnoses and to support Radiation oncology patients. You will conduct diagnostic assessment, therapy, case management, and education for patients and families, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

An OSW-C credential is preferred and TN sponsorship is available with licensure and VisaScreen.

Qualifications

• MSW degree with two years supervised therapy experience in behavioral health/medical social work including diagnostic assessment, individual, group, and family therapy.

Responsabilités

• Provide psychosocial care, including counseling and advocacy for patients and families.
• Conduct diagnostic assessment, short-term psychotherapy, and education; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in development and implementation of the treatment/transition plan and ensure documentation.
• Functions as an interdisciplinary team member within the Oncology Social Work section.
