Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and readiness support for product treatment sites, ensuring understanding of workflow, system setup and operational requirements.
• Deliver process-focused education for site stakeholders using approved resources to support initial implementation and ongoing support.
• Ensure treatment sites have operational capabilities and knowledge for end-to-end treatment journey execution.
• Serve as the product operations expert for assigned sites and provide support on process, operations and logistics.
