Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare or life sciences, including sales, account management, or provider operations/administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and readiness for product treatment sites, ensuring workflow setup and operational requirements are understood.
• Deliver process-focused education for site stakeholders using approved resources.
• Help ensure sites have capabilities for end-to-end treatment journey execution.
• Serve as product operational SME for assigned sites, providing support on process, operations, and logistics.
• Act as primary contact for operational issues, triaging and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional oncology field teams to ensure coordinated engagement and consistent site experience.
• Build relationships with site leaders by delivering reliable operational support.
• Use data and dashboards to assess site metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Synthesize feedback to help HQ enhance communication and workflows.
