Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and readiness for product treatment sites.
• Deliver process-focused education for site stakeholders.
• Ensure operational capabilities for end-to-end treatment journey.
• Serve as SME for product processes, operations and logistics.
• Coordinate with cross-functional oncology field teams to ensure consistency.
• Build relationships with site leaders and provide reliable support.
• Use data and dashboards to assess site operations and identify improvements.
• Synthesize feedback to improve HQ communications and workflows.
