Job summary

Intermountain Health seeks a Manager of Oncology Services to lead operations across Radiation Oncology, Medical Oncology, Breast Care Center, Infusion, and Clinical Support Services. You will drive clinical standards, staffing optimization, and cross-disciplinary collaboration to support the Oncology Services Director and Medical Directors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• At least two years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Appropriate clinical licensure for state practice.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Three years of management experience in Oncology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees staffing and scheduling to ensure safe, quality patient care.
• Provides leadership and mentorship to oncology service professionals.
• Manages budgeting, staffing, and operational planning for the service line.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory guidelines and quality initiatives.
• Coordinates care across departments to optimize patient outcomes.
• Partners with directors to implement strategy and drive performance improvements.
