Job summary
Duly Health and Care in Lisle, IL, seeks a Director of Operations for Oncology, Hematology, and Radiation Oncology to lead across four community locations. This role oversees outpatient services, drives quality, access, and financial performance, partnering with physician leaders and support teams to deliver patient-centered cancer care.
Responsibilities include strategic planning, operational leadership, staff development, and program expansion while ensuring compliance and superior patient
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, business or related field.
- Master’s degree is preferred for senior operations leadership.
- Experience leading oncology or multi-site ambulatory operations is ideal.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive operational leadership across oncology services at multiple sites.
- Partner with physician leaders to develop and execute strategic initiatives for access, growth and quality.
- Lead service-line initiatives to optimize workflows and patient throughput.
- Support expansion of oncology services, research opportunities, and multidisciplinary care models.
- Foster teamwork, accountability, and professional growth across staff and leadership.
