Job summary

Trinity Health Of New England seeks a Service Line Executive Director to lead the Outpatient Oncology Service Line, guiding the execution of business strategies and coordinating multidisciplinary teams across care settings.

You will oversee regionalization efforts, ensure high-quality outcomes, and drive cost-effective performance while expanding volume and market share in the continuum of care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or nursing (Masters preferred).
• 5–7 years of leadership experience in a hospital or physician group, preferably in an integrated health system.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams to implement service line strategies.
• Support regionalization and alignment of outpatient oncology services.
• Develop and track short- and long-term goals for the service line to improve outcomes and efficiency.
• Grow market share and ensure high-quality patient care across the continuum.
