Job summary

Yale NewHaven Health seeks a Regional Director to lead the Smilow Cancer Hospital Network across the region. You will drive strategic and operational growth, align services, and partner with Yale Cancer Center, Yale Medicine, and Trinity Health of New England to advance program development.

The role requires a master’s in a healthcare field, 8+ years in senior leadership, and a track record in oncology care.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of progressive leadership experience in a complex academic medical center.
• Experience in oncology or cancer care programs preferred.
• Strong skills in strategic planning and business development.
