Job summary

Trinity Health Of New England is seeking a Service Line Executive Director to support the Outpatient Oncology Service Line, guiding the implementation of business strategies and leading multidisciplinary teams to drive service line success.

Reporting to the Service Line Leader, you will help regionalize the service line across the health ministry, ensuring high-quality outcomes, cost-effective performance, and growth in volume and market share, while advancing patient experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the area of business, healthcare administration, or nursing; Masters preferred.
• A minimum of five to seven (5-7) years of experience in a leadership role within a hospital or physician medical group, preferably in an integrated health system.

Responsibilities

• The Director will be responsible for supporting the regionalization of the service line across the health ministry.
• Will lead multidisciplinary teams in the implementation of strategies related to the service line’s success.
