Under the Service Line Leader, you will develop long-term plans, deploy improvement methods, and ensure exceptional patient experience while aligning with organizational goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or nursing.
• 5–7 years of leadership experience in a hospital or physician medical group.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams to implement service line strategies.
• Support regionalization of the service line across the health ministry.
• Ensure high-quality outcomes and cost-effective performance.
