Job summary

Trinity Health Of New England is seeking a Service Line Executive Director to support the Outpatient Oncology Service Line, guiding multidisciplinary teams and implementing business strategies to drive the service line’s success.

Under the direction of the Service Line Leader, this leader will regionalize the service line, ensure high-quality patient care, develop short- and long-term goals, and pursue growth across the continuum of care.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5–7 years of experience in a leadership role within a hospital or physician medical group, preferably in an integrated health system.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams to implement service line strategies and ensure success.
• Support regionalization of the Outpatient Oncology Service Line across the health ministry.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term goals for the service line and monitor outcomes for quality and cost effectiveness.
