Job summary

Qualifications

• Required: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Associate or Bachelor's Degree.
• Preferred: Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Previous hospital/medical office experience, including patient scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and pre-register patients for provider appointments, infusion visits, and procedures using Epic and Aria.
• Enter and verify demographic data; avoid duplicates; use 5 identifiers for patient matching.
• Coordinate complex oncology schedules across departments using multiple systems.
• Multitask in a fast-paced environment; communicate with providers, nurses, and staff.
• Educate patients on procedure prep and instructions; attach orders to appointments.
