Virginia Mason Franciscan Health is seeking a Scheduler to orchestrate a seamless care process by coordinating patient appointments and provider schedules. You will gather and verify insurance information, manage reports, and deliver outstanding service to patients in person and by phone.

The role requires attention to detail, strong multitasking, and clear communication to handle scheduling complexities and inquiries efficiently. This is a full-time on-site position in Tacoma, WA.

Qualifications

• One year of related work experience, or any combination of experience and education that would demonstrate the capability to perform the required knowledge, skills and abilities.

Responsabilités

• Schedule patient appointments and coordinate multiple provider schedules for procedures, tests, and studies.
• Gather and verify patient insurance and documentation, process reports, and provide exceptional customer service to patients via phone and in-clinic assistance.
• Manage daily scheduling of outpatient admissions for the assigned department, handling multiple tasks concurrently with accuracy and efficiency.
