Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily nursing activities of Patient Care unit.
• Perform essential job functions of direct reports; manage staffing and timekeeping.
• Hold regular staff meetings; ensure training and competency; conduct annual evaluations.
• Assist in development/review of department policies, procedures, and standing orders; maintain staff schedules.
