Job summary

American Oncology Network is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator III (RN) to oversee the care of patients on oncology clinical trials under PI supervision. You will ensure protocol compliance, manage consent discussions, and maintain study records with an emphasis on data integrity and regulatory adherence.

The role requires an RN license and 2–5 years of nursing experience, preferably in oncology, with proficiency in MS Office and EMR/EDC/CTMS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing required.
• Unencumbered RN license in the state of employment.
• 2–5 years of nursing experience, oncology preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office; experience with EMR, EDC and CTMS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care for patients on clinical research protocols according to GCP/ICH/FDA guidelines.
• Review informed consent documents and discuss consent with subjects.
• Assess subject eligibility and document protocol compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of study materials, drug handling, and inventory.
• Ensure data integrity and regulatory documentation across multiple sites.
