Qualifications

• RN license and Bachelor's in Nursing required.
• 4 years of research or clinical research experience.
• 4 years’ experience in Oncology and/or Clinical Research.
• BLS within 14 days of hire.
• Certifications: SOCRA, ACRP, CITI, HAZMAT, CCRP or CCRC.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates compliance with research protocol and good clinical practice.
• Communicates with research team to facilitate clinical trials.
• Demonstrates leadership in informed consent discussions.
• Manages activities of patients in clinical trials.
• Ensures collection of source data and documentation integrity.
• Enhances recruitment and ethical practices in trials.
