Responsibilities

• Manage approximately 5 trials annually and 2–10 active patients
• Ensure regulatory compliance with GCP/ICH/FDA; maintain data integrity
• Prepare monitoring documents and respond to monitoring requests
• Document adverse events and manage investigational product handling
