Job summary

American Oncology Network, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator I to support the execution of multiple oncology clinical trials in a Florida-based setting.

The role covers protocol implementation, regulatory compliance, and data management under the supervision of the Principal Investigator. You will assist in feasibility assessments, patient screening, informed consent, adverse event documentation, and ongoing trial coordination across sites.

Qualifications

• High school education required; some college preferred.
• Prior research or related medical science experience appreciated.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care for patients on clinical research protocols per GCP/ICH/FDA guidelines.
• Maintain regulatory and data integrity; assist with safety reporting and AE/SAE handling.
• Prepare documents for monitoring visits and assist with site qualification/re-qualification tasks.
• Manage study budgets, contracts, and billing compliance as part of the research team.
