Job summary

Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute is seeking a Research Coordinator to oversee the performance of oncology studies under the medical supervision of the Principal Investigator and the research director. You will manage site operations and ensure protocol adherence across study activities.

The role requires a valid RN license, oncology or clinical research experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to travel to investigator meetings and clinics.

Qualifications

• Requires valid RN license in state of employment.
• Minimum of one year oncology or five years combined oncology and clinical research experience.
• Effective communication skills, organized and detail oriented.
• Must be able to travel to investigators meetings and clinics.
• Valid Driver’s License for travel to clinics.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the performance of the research study under medical supervision.
• Oversee overall site management of the research studies.
• Provide coverage in clinics when research staff are out of the office.
• Precept new research staff in clinics.
• Assist with research projects assigned by senior coordinators.
