Tennessee Oncology, one of the nation’s largest community-based cancer care networks, is seeking a registered nurse to provide safe, quality care throughout treatment and disease progression, from diagnosis to end of life, in our outpatient clinics.

You will collaborate with physicians, administer chemotherapy, manage IV access, perform triage, document care in the EMR, and help educate patients. Travel to other TO clinics as needed and supervise nursing staff.

Qualifications

• TN RN license required
• Minimum one year RN experience
• ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy card within 6 months
• Oncology certification within 2 years

Responsabilités

• Coordinate direct patient care with care team
• Perform IV access and central venous device management
• Administer chemotherapy and other therapies per standards
• Document charges and billing; ensure lab specimens collected
• Monitor anticoagulation therapy
• Travel to other TO clinics as needed
• Collaborate with SCRI nurses on protocol adherence
• Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and MAs
• Maintain EMR documentation
