Advocate Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with 2+ years of oncology experience for the 7 West Cancer Center unit in Winston-Salem, NC. The role focuses on bone marrow transplant care, chemotherapy preparation, and comprehensive patient management, including coordination with the care team.

Flexibility to cover days with some weekends/holidays is required; pay range is $38.20–$57.30 per hour, 40 hours per week, full time.

Formación

• Must have 2+ years of RN Oncology experience.
• BMT or Chemo experience highly preferred.
• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• RN license valid in the state of practice.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Deliver care in accordance with established standards, policies and procedures, using evidence-based practice and clinical decision making.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately to support patients and families throughout the transplant journey.
• Lead with teamwork to maintain a safe, welcoming environment and a positive patient experience.
