Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

• Knowledge of patient assessment, care planning and discharge needs.
• Understanding of health information documentation and evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with patients, families, and staff to deliver quality care using evidence-based practices.
