Valkyrie Clinical Trials Century City, Los Angeles, CA, is seeking an Oncology Research Scribe to support oncologists and study staff by capturing accurate, timely documentation during patient visits. This onsite, part-time role helps ensure complete notes and smooth trial operations.

We offer a structured environment with HIPAA compliance, real-time EMR input, and collaboration with clinical researchers. 24 hours per week with a pay range of $22–$26 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of relevant experience; oncology/clinical research a plus.
• Scribe, medical assistant, or clinical documentation experience preferred.
• Education toward a clinical credential is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Accompany oncologists to document history, exam, and plan in real time in the EMR.
• Transcribe physician dictation into structured EMR fields and study templates.
• Enter and route follow-up orders (labs, imaging, referrals, scheduling) as directed.
• Flag incomplete documentation for physician clarification before finalizing notes.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and site policy.
• Coordinate with research coordinators to ensure protocol-required source data alignment.
• Close out same-day follow-ups to prevent backlog.
• Escalate recurring documentation or workflow issues to the Site Director.
