Job summary

Dendreon is seeking a Reimbursement Account Manager (RAM) to ensure patient access to PROVENGE across assigned geographies. You will analyze payer policies, remove barriers, and partner with medical directors, CFOs, and practice managers to optimize reimbursement pathways.

You will educate providers on coverage options, assist sales with access strategies, and monitor national, regional, and state policies to support PROVENGE utilization.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in pharma/biotech with 3–5 years in healthcare coverage or reimbursement.
• Experience in oncology/urology and buy-and-bill reimbursement is required.

Responsibilities

• Removes reimbursement barriers by providing resources to PROVENGE coverage and coding.
• Shares market feedback on payer policies and reimbursement trends with leadership.
• Educates providers on patient assistance programs and resources.
• Updates accounts on payor policies affecting PROVENGE access.
• Supports sales in coverage, coding, and reimbursement activities and stakeholder engagement.
