• Safely administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy and supportive care as ordered.
• Conduct patient assessments, review labs and monitor vitals.
• Provide patient education on medications, side effects, and treatment plans.
• Document treatment in EMR accurately and timely.
• Triage calls and coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team.
