Job summary

You will educate patients and caregivers, perform triage by phone, document in EMR, follow JBIs, ensure safety, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team. Requires RN license, CPR/BLS, and hematology/oncology experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, biotherapy and supportive care as ordered.
• Educate patients and caregivers about medications, side effects and treatment plans.
• Perform triage by phone and coordinate with multidisciplinary team.
• Document thoroughly in the EMR and ensure proper charges.
