Job summary

Banner Health's Banner Gateway Medical Center in Gilbert, AZ is seeking an Oncology Registered Nurse. You will assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document nursing care for oncology patients, including stem cell transplant cases.

The role emphasizes collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to provide compassionate, evidence-based care. The position is scheduled Monday–Friday with four 10-hour shifts, in a state-of-the-art facility featuring magnet recognition and a commitment to nursing

Qualifications

• Must be an Oncology trained RN with Stem Cell experience.
• Current RN license in state of practice plus BLS certification required.
• Experience in oncology nursing and stem cell transplant settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care.
• Develop and adjust care plans with patient/family input and multidisciplinary team.
• Coordinate and supervise care to ensure continuity and safety.
