• Maintains documentation that is accurate, timely, concise, legible, and compliant with departmental policies.
• Integrates organizational policies and national practice guidelines into patient care planning.
• Serves as an expert resource for clinical practice content development, including policy and procedure review or development.
• Precepts new employees and assists in achieving goals.
• Delivers formal presentations to peers and supports learning and professional development.
