Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Exeter Hospital Medical Oncology unit in Exeter, NH. This per diem, day-shift role requires strong clinical nursing skills, collaboration across disciplines, and a commitment to patient-centered care.

The RN will ensure accurate medication administration, IV therapy, and careful documentation while participating in ongoing professional development and education initiatives within a high-performing oncology team.

Qualifications

• RN license – NH state or any other compact state.
• BCLS certified or within 30 days of hire; BSN strongly preferred.
• ACLS certified or within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care within the assigned unit.
• Coordinate care planning with other disciplines and ensure safe, timely medication administration.
• Participate in patient and family education and discharge planning as needed.
• Maintain documentation that is accurate, timely, and compliant with policies.
• Mentor and support new staff and fosters a learning environment.
