Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a registered nurse for our Exeter, NH unit. Reporting to the Nurse Manager/Director, you will provide professional nursing care and coordinate care planning with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• NH RN license required (state or compact)
• BCLS certified or within 30 days of hire; BSN strongly preferred
• ACLS certified or within 1 year of hire

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care within assigned unit and coordinate care planning with other disciplines.
• Adhere to standards of practice, policies and ethics; ensure safe medication and IV administration and documentation.
• Mentor and precept new employees; contribute to education and staff development.
• Perform physical assessments and ongoing patient evaluations; adjust care plans as needed.
• Communicate hand-offs effectively and plan patient discharge priorities with multidisciplinary teams.

Education

RN license (NH or compact state)
