Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology sales experience, including 5+ years of oncology sales leadership experience.
• Recent experience leading or supporting oncology product launches; NSCLC experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing oncology sales teams.
• Strong coaching, leadership, and performance management skills.
• Experience traveling up to 75% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute national sales strategies and business plans to achieve regional sales objectives and market share goals.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain a high-performing team of oncology account managers, fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Lead regional launch readiness and execution for ivonescimab.
• Monitor regional sales performance through KPIs and analytics; provide ongoing coaching to maximize effectiveness.
• Develop strategic regional business plans and account strategies for customer engagement and resource deployment.
• Partner with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access and cross-functional teams for aligned execution.
