Advocate Health Care's Good Shepherd Hospital Oncology: Radiation department seeks a Radiation Therapist to administer treatments, monitor patient safety, and maintain records. The role requires a 40-hour work week with varied shifts, on-call and occasional weekends as described.

The candidate should have an Associate of Science in Radiation Therapy or a Radiation Therapy certificate, ARRT registration, and 3 years of clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Proficient in treatment delivery and radiographic localization.
• Leadership ability preferred; ARRT registered if possible.
• BLS certified and IEMA license preferred.

Responsabilités

• Administers Radiation Therapy per physician prescription and treatment plan.
• Maintains accurate treatment and billing records.
• Monitors QA procedures and ensures patient safety and comfort.
