Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Current Texas Pharmacist license in good standing.
• One of: sterile IV admixture experience, MTM, immunizations, or residency.
• Equivalent experience as approved by pharmacy leadership.

Responsibilities

• Verify medication orders and perform dosage calculations.
• Supervise chemotherapy preparation and dispensing.
• Oversee pharmacy technicians in dispensing activities.
• Maintain chemotherapy regimens within the electronic medical record.
• Monitor inventory and assist with utilization tracking.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and quality standards.
• Provide drug information to providers, staff, and patients.
