Job summary

The Cancer & Hematology Centers is seeking a Pharmacist to support both IV infusion and retail operations. You will provide clinical resources to patients and staff, supervise technicians, and ensure medication quality and regulatory compliance.

The role involves coordinating pharmacy programs, maintaining inventory, and delivering patient education across multiple site locations. Oncology experience is preferred and licensure must be current in the state.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy is required.
• Appropriate state pharmacy licensure is required.
• Oncology experience and/or drug research is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmacist services to IV infusion clinic and retail pharmacies at each site.
• Check orders for accuracy against protocols and patient history.
• Provide drug information, patient education and pharmacotherapy monitoring.
• Supervise technicians in sterile IV preparation and retail dispensing.
• Coordinate medication programs and ensure regulatory compliance.
