Job summary

Oncology Consultants is seeking a Physician Liaison to build and nurture relationships with physicians and key referral partners in our Texas market.

You will travel to physician offices and hospitals, plan regional outreach events, and work with the Marketing Department to develop collateral that supports growth across multiple geographies. A bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in oncology outside sales are preferred; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Management, Healthcare, or related field.
• 4+ years in oncology industry and/or medical outside sales.
• CRM experience and ability to build relationships across geographies.
• Valid state driver’s license for travel to satellite offices and offsite meetings.
• Strong communication, time management, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with physicians and strategic partners.
• Visit physician offices and hospitals regularly to increase referrals.
• Plan and attend dinners, meetings, and educational programs for physicians.
• Adapt regional marketing plans and collateral with Marketing Department.
• Provide territory analysis to leadership and regional directors.
• Coordinate events and sponsorship opportunities.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and safety regulations adherence.
