The START Center for Cancer Care is seeking a Physician Liaison in San Antonio, TX to propel territory-specific outreach, strengthen provider relationships, and educate clinicians within a patient-centric, data-driven model. You will document activities, analyze referral trends, and collaborate with leadership to meet strategic goals.

Ideal candidates bring oncology exposure, strong communication, and proficiency in CRM tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare, marketing or related field preferred.
Experience in oncology or healthcare marketing is a plus.

Responsabilités

Build and maintain professional relationships with referring providers and their staff to support coordinated patient care.
Conduct outreach via in-person visits, calls, emails, and channels aligned with policies.
Document outreach activities in Salesforce and OneAnalytics.
Analyze referral patterns and patient volumes to inform territory planning.
Collaborate with clinical and leadership teams to align with organizational goals.
Support educational events or community programs and collect market insights.
