Job summary

The Cancer & Hematology Centers is seeking a Physician Liaison to develop and execute a territory-specific strategy that enhances communication with healthcare providers and improves patient access to care.

You will build and maintain relationships with referring providers, perform regular outreach, document activities in Salesforce, analyze referral patterns with analytics tools, and collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in oncology or healthcare.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Salesforce and market analytics.
• Willing to travel 80% locally.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a team.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with referring providers and their staff.
• Conduct regular outreach through visits, calls, emails, and phone calls.
• Utilize Salesforce and analytics to assess referral patterns and support planning.
• Document outreach activities in Salesforce for transparency.
• Participate in performance reviews and variance reporting.
