Virginia Cancer Specialists, an affiliate of McKesson Specialty Health and US Oncology, seeks a full-time Oncology Liaison to join our Marketing Team in Northern Virginia (Fair Oaks, Reston & Loudoun). This role focuses on physician outreach, referral growth, and territory strategy in a dynamic oncology environment.

The successful candidate will manage prospecting, relationship development, and data-driven planning, requiring strong consultative sales skills and knowledge of healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or health.
• At least five years healthcare marketing or three years healthcare service sales experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and databases.

Responsibilities

• Initiates contact with non-oncology physicians and key staff to engage customers and generate referrals.
• Maintains long-term relationships with referring physicians and executes growth strategies.
• Analyzes market trends and regional business conditions to identify growth opportunities.
• Communicates physician feedback to leadership and helps implement solutions.
• Collaborates with operations, marketing, and staff to execute growth plans in core markets.
• Supports growth through visits, lunches/dinners, tumor boards, events and cross-team collaboration.
• Uses CRM and market data to develop sales plans and track growth.
