Job summary

American Oncology Network, Inc. is seeking a Physician Liaison in Fredericksburg, VA, to establish and maintain relationships with physicians and strategic partners.

The role involves visiting physician offices and hospitals regularly to grow referrals, plan events, and support regional marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in oncology or medical outside sales, CRM experience, and strong communication and organization skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field is preferred.
• 4+ years of oncology industry and/or medical outside sales experience required.
• CRM experience and ability to work across geographies in a virtual environment.
• Proven ability to build and execute integrated business development plans across a geographic market.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with physicians and key partners.
• Visit physician offices and hospitals regularly to increase referrals.
• Plan, schedule and attend educational events for physicians and staff.
• Coordinate regional marketing collateral and materials with Marketing.
• Provide territory analysis and reporting to leadership.
• Identify sponsorship opportunities and manage local outreach and events.
